Singer Island Condos

Singer Island was named after Paris Eugene Singer, a famous developer of Palm Beach and one of the children of Isaac Singer, of sewing machine fame. It was originally a community of fisherman from Riviera Beach and the Bahamas. They were attracted to the area because of its short distance to the Gulf Stream and long beaches where they would dry their fishing nets.

Today, one of Singer Island’s distinguishing features is the sparkling white sand beaches along the Atlantic Ocean. Singer Island is a mecca of waterfront real estate featuring a row of beachfront High Rise Condominium Communities with magnificent views of the Ocean. The waters and breezes conspire to give you an ideal climate all year long. Just relax on the beach, or take in the boating, cycling, snorkeling, sailing, scuba diving and deep sea fishing.

Let us not forget the great parks, marinas and miles of hiking and biking paths. Only 5.4 miles north of West Palm Beach, Singer Island is a peninsula – not an island. It was a part of Palm Beach Island before the creation of the Palm Beach Inlet.

The island’s signature marina, Sailfish Marina Resort features much anticipated weekly events such as the Sunset Celebration and Art Show held every Thursday. If you desire more for activities, restaurants & shopping, Singer Island is only minutes away from Clematis Street and CityPlace in Downtown West Palm Beach or the world-class shopping of Palm Beach Gardens.
